Auf den H\u00f6hen von Cambes gegen\u00fcber der Garonne gelegen, ist das Ch\u00e2teau Haut Peyrat ein kleines Juwel der Region Premi\u00e8res C\u00f4tes de Bordeaux. Seine Geschichte erh\u00e4lt 2014 neuen Schwung, als Isabelle und Didier Gil, von einer Liebe auf den ersten Blick getragen, dieses 40 Hektar gro\u00dfe Weingut erwerben, um seinem historischen Geb\u00e4ude und seinem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Terroir neues Leben einzuhauchen. Die Bewirtschaftung des Weinguts beruht auf einem seltenen Gleichgewicht: 20 Hektar Reben grenzen an 20 Hektar Wald und Wiesen. Diese bewahrte Biodiversit\u00e4t, eine wahre \u201ekleine Bordelaiser Toskana\u201c, gedeiht auf nach S\u00fcden ausgerichteten Kies- und ton-kalkhaltigen B\u00f6den. Die Weine spiegeln diesen Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch wider. Der gro\u00dfe Wein, das Ch\u00e2teau Haut Peyrat, besticht durch seine Struktur und seine Eleganz, w\u00e4hrend der Pr\u00e9lude einen fruchtigeren Zugang bietet.
