Together, they have infused the estate with a modern, artisanal energy, placing respect for life at the heart of their life\u2019s work. Their approach to viticulture is resolutely forward-looking: the 10-hectare vineyard comprises 8 different grape varieties and is fully certified organic. Ana\u00efs and Bastien practice gentle viticulture, promoting biodiversity and mechanical soil cultivation to preserve the ecosystem. This patient approach allows them to extract the quintessence of the gravel and clay soils. The wines produced, primarily under the Cadillac C\u00f4tes de Bordeaux appellation, include reds, whites, and ros\u00e9s.
