Located at the foot of the Tabanac bell tower, Château La Clyde is much more than a winery: it is a “garden on a human scale” born of a passionate life change. After careers as globetrotting engineers, Florence and Jacques Jouny chose to put down roots on this 1.8-hectare plot to craft wines of excellence, reflecting their partnership and their epicurean spirit. Here, people and nature engage in a dialogue through rigorous biodynamic viticulture, where each vine is tended as if it were a rare plant. This deep respect for the land results in gastronomic wines of great purity. The reds, dominated by Merlot, are rich and balanced, while the rare Muscadelle yields whites of dazzling freshness.
