Château FAUGAS

For over a century, Château Faugas has been managed by the Berckmans family. Today, Mrs. Marie-Pascale Berckmans and her nephew Mr. Hugues Hardy perpetuate the estate’s long-standing tradition.
A former Gallo-Roman site, the Château was built in the 13th century and saw many successive owners, including famous figures such as the Duke of Épernon. The property enjoys a well-established reputation, notably being featured in the 1974 Féret Guide, a renowned reference in the world of winemaking.
Visitors can climb to the top of the keep to take in the breathtaking landscape of the Garonne Valley, and on a clear day, it is even possible to see all the way to Bordeaux.
