Château LA GRANDE CLINET

Château La Grange Clinet is located in Saint-Caprais-de-Bordeaux, a charming little village in the northern part of the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux region, just a short distance from Bordeaux. The château exemplifies a renaissance in winemaking, following the Haury family’s purchase of the property in 1983. The vineyard management is guided by a philosophy of environmental stewardship. The vines thrive in the heart of a preserved biotope, comprising forests, meadows, and a pond. This rich biodiversity supports sustainable farming practices, enabling the production of approximately 180,000 bottles per year. The terroir, characterized by three gravelly layers, produces wines typical of the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, they are distinguished by their elegant structure, red fruit aromas, and excellent aging potential—all reflections of an exceptional terroir.
