Located on the hillsides of Cadillac, Château Les Hauts de Palette, in the Côtes de Bordeaux AOC, has embodied a family passion for winemaking for over five generations, blending pride and inspiration. As the emblem of our estate, this cuvée is selected from just 3 hectares of vines surrounding the Château, producing a powerful and intense wine that is sure to impress. Les Hauts de Palette brings together several properties, stretching from the heart of Entre-deux-Mers to the terroirs of Graves. Each cuvée has its own identity, story, and emotion, offering wines that are supple and fruity, round and generous, or structured and intense. Our estate covers 120 hectares of vineyards and fallow land, where special attention is given to biodiversity and environmentally friendly practices. Our production also includes whites of great freshness, vibrant rosés, and luscious sweet wines. Our distinctive concept, “Carré d’As,” is a true invitation to discover the richness of four of Bordeaux’s great terroirs through a single blend.
