In the heart of the Bordeaux region, in the village of Le Pian-sur-Garonne, the work of five generations of winegrowers has shaped Vignobles Fermis, blending traditional winemaking with sustainable vineyard management.
Today, Dominique and Anne FERMIS work on the estate alongside their two children, Nicolas and Emilie. Shared passion and dedication to their craft have allowed the property to grow from 6 to 60 hectares, enriching their Bordeaux appellation wines with the addition of the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux appellation in 1977.
The welcome at the estate is warm and educational; the winemakers gladly share their passion, explaining the life cycle of the vine and the secrets of winemaking. It is an ideal stopover for lovers of authentic wines wishing to discover a dynamic family estate in the heart of South Gironde.
