Alongside the classic Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the estate cultivates rarer or ancient varieties such as Malbec, Castets, and Touriga Nacional, not to mention a surprising touch of Chenin Blanc. This diversity of soils—ranging from fertile clay to yellow limestone—allows for the crafting of wines with immense precision.
