Since 2010, this passionate couple has been shaping these lands with a vision where people and nature are one. Far from an industrial approach, Les Carmels stands out for its “simple and natural” philosophy. Here, wine is a family affair: Sophie and Yorick live on the property, surrounded by farmland, following each cycle with daily care.
